Payment of the conference fee can only be made in cash (Euro) on the first days of the conference (07 & 08 April). The conference fee is staggered as follows:
- Standard fee: € 80.00
- Reduced price for VAD members: € 70.00
- Students (proof of enrolment required): € 20.00 (no further reduction possible)
For cancellations after 22 March 2010 refunds are no longer possible.
Refunds will not be made for no shows.
