The conference fee is staggered as follows:
- Standard fee: € 80.00
- Reduced price for VAD members: € 70.00
- Students (proof of enrolment required): € 20.00 (no further reduction possible)

The conference fee can be paid by bank transfer until 22 March 2010.
After this date, payment can only be made in cash (Euro) on the first day of the conference.
Please note that the conference fee is due on registration and that a separate invoice for the conference fee will not be provided. A payment receipt can be obtained on request at the conference office.

Cancellation and refund policy
All VAD 2010 conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by 10 March 2010 to:

The following conditions apply to refunds:
- For cancellation up to 31 December: refund of € 50
- For cancellations between 01.01.2010 and 10.03.2010: refund of € 20
- For cancellations after 10 March 2010: refunds no longer possible.
Please note that the hotel may charge a late cancellation penalty equivalent to the room rate for one night's stay at the hotel.
Refunds will not be made for no shows.
