Advertising and Exhibiting at the Conference
The Organizing Committee of the Biennial International Conference of the African Studies Association in Germany is pleased to invite publishers to take part in the academic book display and advertise in the conference program book. The Conference will take place from April 7th – 11th 2010 at the University of Mainz, Germany. We expect around 500 international participants from Europe, Africa and the USA.
Academic Book Display:
The display will be centrally located in the 1st floor of the Philosophicum lecture and seminar hall complex of the University of Mainz. This is the same building in which panels, keynote lectures and roundtables will be held. In the 1st floor of the lecture hall building most panels will be held as well as refreshments served for the conference participants during breaks. The conference registration desk will be located in the same building.
- Publishers may reserve individual tables (approx. 60 x 120 cm) and attend with their own staff: EUR 200 per table, additional table EUR 100
Fees include one movable wall to display posters (additional movable walls EUR 50 per wall), free wireless internet and free tea/coffee as well as access to all sessions and receptions. Complimentary conference registration is valid for two representatives (any additional staff must pay the full conference registration fee).
Advertising in the Conference Program Book:
The conference program book will be the main source of information for the conference participants. It will be handed out to all registered participants and guests (500 persons).

- Delegate Pack Inserts: Each insertion EUR 100
