RegistrationInformation for registration for the VAD conference 2012 in Cologne
Please read the following instructions for online registration for the VAD conference 2012. Online registration will be possible until 20/05/2012, after this date, there will only be limited tickets available at the conference.
To register for the conference, please complete the following two steps:
1. Complete the registration form
Please fill in the registration form. You will receive an email requesting that you confirm your email address.
After confirmation you will be able to log in to change your data (email, address, etc.). For this, go to menu item Login/My Profile.
2. Payment of conference fee
After registration and confirmation you will receive an invoice with further information regarding the payment process.
Registration is only completed when the conference fee has been received.
Conference fee:
• Standard fee: € 100.00
• Reduced price for VAD members: € 80.00
• Students (proof of enrolment required): € 25.00 (please present your student ID at the conference)
Bank transfers will only be accepted until 10/05/2012. After this date, payment can only be made in cash (Euro) at the conference. However, for cash payments the fees are increased:
• Standard fee: € 120.00
• Reduced price for VAD members: € 100.00
• Students (proof of enrolment required): € 40.00 (please present your student ID at the conference)
